Refer an allied healthcare job and you complete the assignment yourself
Refer an allied healthcare job and another traveler completes the assignment.

The referral must be a new allied healthcare job opening to Club Staffing and the allied healthcare professional must complete the full thirteen (13) week assignment. Terms and conditions apply.

Find-n-Fill Program Terms and Conditions

An Allied Healthcare Professional can earn a $500 bonus for referring a new allied healthcare job opening, with a Healthcare Provider, to Club Staffing and completing the terms of the assignment him/herself.
An Allied Healthcare Professional can earn a $300 bonus for referring a new allied healthcare job opening, with a Healthcare Provider, to Club Staffing and another Healthcare Professional completes the terms of the assignment.
An Allied Healthcare Professional must complete a full thirteen (13) week assignment. A full assignment requires that the Allied Healthcare Professional work a minimum of 495 hours and meet all contract requirements.
An Allied Healthcare Professional must fill the position within six (6) months or less.
The referral position must be a new job order that is not currently in process or been entered into Club Staffing contract database.
Bonuses are a one (1) time only payment for a specific job booking. Job extensions do not apply.
All normal booking practices apply. If no contract exists with the client, Club Staffing must be able to obtain a contract on terms agreeable to Club Staffing in its sole discretion.
New jobs referred to Club Staffing in violation of referring parties contractual or other duties to a third party are not permitted and are prohibited.
Any Allied Healthcare Professional, with an application on file, may refer a new job opening to Club Staffing.
If you qualify to receive a bonus while you are working on assignment with Club Staffing, you will receive your bonus automatically through your current payroll.
If you qualify for the bonus but are not working on an assignment with Club Staffing at that time, you will be contacted by your recruiter to confirm your address before your referral bonus payment is mailed.
Bonuses are processed and paid out approximately thirty (30) days after the completion of the traveler’s thirteen (13) week assignment. Any outstanding accounts receivable balances must be resolved before bonus payment is made.
This program may be terminated by Club Staffing at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify the programs terms and conditions at our discretion.
